I was invited to a Scottish
afternoon tea where I gave a wee talk... Organisers were Sheila Stiven &
Faye Steel. Interesting lady in Pic 6 at the far right Millicent Knight.
She won a second place medal in a swimming competition from Broughy Ferry,
across the Tay and back, when she was a young woman. Millicent still swims
every day.





And those are some of the local Scots that are
now living at Elliot Lake :-) |
