As with everything that
Billy and Debbie do there is always something extra that makes their
products that wee bit special...
For example, not only has Billy done all his
own graphics but when it comes to this transfer process he has ensured he
gets only the best paper available. This quality paper makes a real
difference.
Certainly he isn't a Scotsman for nothing so
he'll get as many badges onto the paper that he can but that's ok as
you'll see below...
Debbie gets the job of cutting out the shields
and as you'll note she's careful to cut them out with as little
overlapping blank paper as possible as this makes a much better quality
image.
And of course they have their own press which
ensures a proper even press is given to the transfer at the correct
temperature and for the correct length of time so that the transfer will
come out properly. This also means it will last longer.
And here you can see the finished product and
then the wee Teddy Bear is dressed in his finery with his new waistcoat
and tartan tammy all ready to be packed for shipment |
